Mind of Openiness ?

What do you do to keep your mind off of things? Things that you don't want to think about b/c it's messing with your emotions. Giving you stress and making you want to do things that you don't normally do like smoke a cigarette. Help please.

    you have to train your mind. the way you think, you need to crowd out unwanted thoughts. you need to tell yourself that they are not worth thinking.

    do your things that you enjoy.. that will lead to good thoughts.

    I listen to music... always calms me down.

    Or I call a friend, go for a walk with my dog.

    Try reading, drawing, or writing poems to

    let out emotions.

    do not smoke!!!!!!! try to think what makes you happy and if someone died in your family or friend do u want them to look down at you and to see you sad all the time that is if u belive in god just try that and if that dose no work go to a therapist hope it helps you

    Draw and get really into it. Find what puts you in your own little world :) and maybe talk to someone. Thats a really good idea :) even if ur affraid to.
