Pure jojoba oil, and maybe a drop or two of tea tree oil added to your usual moisturiser. The jojoba oil moisturises incredibly, and the tea tree oil helps suppress acne. Great stuff.

I love to use Palmer's cocoa butter, especially in the winter. I put it on my face, feet, elbows and knees before going to bed each night and wake up with soft, delicious smelling skin.

Another thing that works really well it baby oil (although I wouldn't recommend it for your face). It works great on your body and makes your skin glow!
