well folks the powerball is about to hit 200 mill ...my question is will PDQ.keep his PROMISE to buy 1 ticket ...WHEN it hit 200.000,000 giving him fair money odds ...since i now have the contract for all the paper for lottery companies ..i want his dollar too beside the fools who regularly buy tickets ..THIS is ez 10 Points FOR 1 of you lol

Actually, with only a 1 in 195,249,054 chance of winning, it's not really fair money odds until it hits closer to 400 Million! (Because you only get around 1/2 for the lump sum - this isn't even counting taxes!!!)
