Will there have to be a age cap for human beings at some point in the future?

Your gonna get alot of bs from this question but it is a very realistic question. Most people know that china is all ready putting caps on the number of children per household, and good for them- despite some back fires. On the other hand, Eskimos were known to jump on an iceburg and float away when they become a burden on the community, also a great idea that we should consider. But one thing is certain, something must be done, most "advanced" societies are now showing negative growth, which is great for the population not so much for economies.

This is the only topic where i do show signs of racism. I a white American(not that its relevant) i see all of these other races growing at exponential rates and room running short for all of us. Is it wrong to want to see the proliferation of my race and ensure a world for a long time? Maybe it is. Unless something happens(we colonize the moon or a mass die out) decisions will need to be made. Decisions i am not looking forward to.

I suggest that everyone needs to have a certain amount of money in an account before having a child. This money will be the cost of care and education through college, so maybe $250,000? This ensures the child's wellbeing and success as well as population control.
