ive checked the size of every folder, and they only equal up too about 20, it might have been this new anti-virus software i installed that asked me if i wanted to make a backup, and i did...but idk whats going on, please help

Maybe ithe antivirus made a backup of all files and hid them somewhere. They're usually put in hidden files. Try showing hidden files if you can find the folder that contains the backups.
