Dude, you don't say "hey lets exchange numbers."
You say "hey. whats you're number?" I've done this several times and it has a 100% success rate. Don't try some dumb pick up line or a cute way to ask for the number... just ask for it. lol

u could say "hey wats ur number? mines this." then once she gives it to u then say k cool ill text u. Dont make it sound like she has to do the convo starting. u tetx her and she will eagerly await it! good luck!
