I have a question about Kidney Dialysis?

My dad has to start kidney dialysis and I was wonderin if when he starts that if he will have to do it for the rest of his life??

    Most likely. My mother was on it for her kidney as well. The blood will have to continue to be cleaned until he receives a transplant so his kidney can function on its own.
