Do you mean the sluts that he has on his show?
They're sluts/attention whores, they don't give a crap what he looks like.
1. He's rich & famous
2. The show/network pay the girls to be on the show/make out/sleep with him.
There's no way in hell anyone would ever think he's attractive unless there's money involved.
I personally think he's ugly as ****.
