It all poured out underneath my car today, I shut engine off as soon as red light came on.

It's most likely one of the radiator hoses blew out. If you're replacing one, go ahead and replace both at the same time. If one is old enough to blow out, the other won't likely be far behind it. Also, as already mentioned, check the heater hoses, it'd be a good idea to replace those too if you don't know if they've ever been changed, they're not normally replaced since most people just don't think about them, and they, too will likely not be far behind in getting a hole in them.
Another possibility is the radiator got a hole in it or blew out. If it's the radiator, just buy a new one, it'll need it and you won't gunk up the coolant system with a bunch of sealer that won't work anyway. Also, go ahead and take this opportunity to replace the radiator hoses at the same time since they'll already be half-way off when taking the radiator out. For a replacement radiator, you'll want to go aftermarket, they're cheaper than the Chrysler radiator and generally have a lifetime warranty.
To find the leak, pour some water into the radiator and watch for where it comes out. If it all poured out at once when this happened, you should see a large leak.
If you can't tell where the leak is, have someone who knows a little bit about cars look at it to try to find it, or have it towed to your trusted repair facility.

If it poured out it sounds like hose went bad, check your upper and lower radiator hoses as well
as your heater hoses.
Normally with a radiator or gasket you will get steam, take a look at the water pump as well, if it came from there it should be pretty obvious.

This is easy. You probably have a leak in the radiator. I believe they have a sealant at the local auto parts store. Put the sealant in before you waste your money with the anti freeze and see if it holds, The hole just might be too big to be sealed, if so, you would have to replace it, If the water holds, I would put about almost full. It should not cost more that a few bucks, engine doesn't matter. You can still drain out the water from the bottom of the Radiator, if it holds then put in your anti freeze and you should be good to go.

It's either a leaking radiator or a blown radiator or heater hose. It may also be a blown water pump gasket.
