Will of father ! should it be honored by all his children ?,or only his by son's ?, or only hisdaughter's ?.?

Should the children Honor father's will and do as per the will. what if daughters / son's are refusing ?

Can some one suggest the rightly.

    it all depends on the kind of will see all agreements are between gentlemen otherwise,it is a dispute,it also depends what has he left and in which condition,suppose he has a joint account either or survivor,the second person automatically gets it,will or no will,so it is a very confusing,situation,only after you access all the facts,figures,assets the advocate can advise u

    You leave out a lot of vital information. Are they arguing about disbursement of the estate? Are they arguing about final funeral arrangements? Does the estate owe any bills to outside creditors?

    Generally, a will is binding, but someone contesting the will can eat up estate assetts quickly. A minor child can never be left out of a will; they will be taken care of first after creditors if they are not mentioned in a will. Funeral requests are not as binding, unless the deceased prepaid a funeral for themself.

    I really do not know for certain but I have heard that if he does not at least give each child 1 dollar they can fight it! So unloading on one child won't work, but it does not have to be evenly distributed.
