am I wrong for feeling this way?
I'm was asked for my opinion by a user on here, who's pae name is "emily loves tea" and when I gave it to her, she flagged me! Now, to appeal it, I loose my hard earned points. Is it wrong to feel that there's no justice on this stupid site, which is just a overgrown worry fest for most anyway?

No, I feel like that too.
You get it a LOT here - anyone can report you for anything; I lost my first account here because I posted answers to the money making questions that said never, ever to pay for anything, just to try a free site or two. (I listed a few free sites, no referral links, nothing.)
Yet every day you see the same spammers. It's a joke.
Eventually maybe they'll fix it. Sorry :(
