Its not worth the risk of being (caught, hurting yourself, or others,) you need your CBT to to prove your competent and understand the rules of the road, and you need insurance to cover any damage or harm you do to yourself and your bike, or other people and their property. GET WHATS REQURIED BY LAW OR DO US PEOPLE WHO HAVE LICENCES - INSURANCE- ROADTAX etc and STAY OFF THE ROADS.

You would almost certainly be banned for at least 12 months from having anything on the road at all and come the time to get a car you will find your insurance will be twice as much as it would have been.
The bike would be siezed and if not claimed and paid for in 14 days crushed - since you would not get insured then it would end up being crushed. You would also be fined at least £200

Hopefully you will be spotted by an ANPR camera, pulled over. The moped will be seized there and then and you will get banned and a big fine. So you will be on public transport for a few years. If you can't afford the basics stay off the road!
I despise uninsured drivers, they don't deserve to be on the roads when the rest of us are legal!

simple don't do it, the penalty 4 a 16 yr old would b severe. firstly you would get a fine and and 3 points on your licence, if u have one, if u don't have a licence then as soon as you apply 4 one the the points will b on your lincence when u get it. that will make it harder 4 you 2 get insurance. also if you pass your test and you commit an offence in your 1st year you will have 2 resit it all over again.

u would get a ticket......not sure where u live but here it is 1200 bucks........ur bike would b towed......and u would possibly taken to jail......
so if u went to jail u would have to pay like 500 bucks to get out...then u would have to pay the $125 tow bill + $25 per day until u got it out.....after 30 days they get to keep the bike if u haven't paid for it....
and then when u got to ur court date if u had no money to pay fine u could go to jail for 30 days.....
also depending on the judge u could get restricted to where u cannot get ur drivers license until u are 21..........
so long story short don't do it....
