How do I change the keys on my keyboard?
ok so when im in Microsoft word, when i start it a strange character comes up and then every time i press space or enter the character comes up wat shud i do o get it off.

If that strange character is this: ¶, you simply have the hidden formatting characters turned on. Do this to get rid of them:
In versions of Word prior to Word 2007:
1. Click the ¶ button on the Standard toolbar.
In Word 2007:
1. Click the ¶ button in the Paragraph section of the Home tab.

when you press space, does it come up with a dot? if so it is not your keys that are wrong.
You simply press the button that is the same symbol as when you hit enter (it is at the top next to the bullet points and line spacing
