My brother deleted my Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion file on the PS3. Is there any way to get it back?
He saved over it and my only other save file is four levels behind the recent one.

Sounds like your brother needs to do some sucking up, because unless you've backed up the file elsewhere, it sounds like you're out of luck.

If you have a memory card then yes you will have all of that back.
