Read the the Vampire Diaries?
I've been considering reading the The Vampire Diaries. I think the tv show is ok and was just wondering how closely the show follows to the books?

the books are great but they are so different from the show. i actually made a list a whole page long on how different they are but both are amazing. i definitely thing people should read everything by L.J. Smith. she's a great author with a wonderful imagination.

It is like completly opposite of the book.
I love the show though(:
the book is ehhh. lets just say i stopped after the first chapter.
