I need help with free website building.?

You can't get a free domain name. (like .com .net .org)

For hosting if you want it to be in a form of a blog check:

Blogger http://www.blogger.com/

or

Wordpress http://www.wordpress.com/

You could also check: http://www.webs.com/

If you do that, it's not really yours. Nothing worthwhile comes free and easy. Sometimes it's easy but expensive, sometimes it's free but difficult to obtain. Never both. That's not just a rule in computing, it's a rule in life.

You can get free domain at co.cc i dont know about free hosting

Go to http://www.no-ip.com/ for free domain names, and if you can host it yourself, it wouldn't cost you much if anything each month, otherwise you will have to pay someone else to host your website. As for building, I always just write my own XHTML/CSS/Javascript for a website, but you can probably find a good program for free if you google it. (If you are willing to learn the programming languages, I would suggest http://www.w3schools.com/ )
