Who was the voice of Top of the Pops from the BBC Radio back in the 1960's?

There have been many voices on Top of the Pops, but this is the voice I'm talking about, I uploaded a clip from the Small Faces performances back in the 60's.

    if this is from the radio then i don't think the programme can be Top of the Pops.

    it was only ever a TV show.

    if it is a recording from the TV then the 4 possibles out of presenters from the very early days are

    Jimmy Saville - Doesn't sound like him

    Alan Freeman - Doesn't sound like him

    Pete Murray - possible

    David Jacobs - Likely. check out the link below to the David Jacobs show and see if you think the voice is the same
