I dont know about boom or bust but the economy will always have its ups and downs, on a graph, its looks like hills and valleys. That is a result of the constant changes of supply and demand which is determine my man needs. When the government tries to regulate the demand or the supply or the cost, the natural course of recovery is disturbed. That is exactly happening now, and the result-high unemployment and limited growth-----thanks to government regulations
