I bought a song on iTunes, and it's gone! Help?

After I clicked "buy" a box popped up that asked, "Are you sure you want to buy..." I clicked "yes" and it was downloading, but now it's not there! Then, I tried to buy it again, and a box popped up that asked me if I still wanted to buy it even though I already did. I clicked "no," thinking that it might be in my library, but it wasn't.

    when you get your online receipt, hit the "report a problem" button. Or you can email Apple about the problem, and they should credit your account.

    iTunes, top left, Store>Check for Available Downloads.
