Is my money marked??????

I took money out of the bank today and all my bills had a red big red mark going across the top. Dose that mean they are marked or is that a bank thing?

They may have been marked by a special pen to determine if they were counterfeit. Sometimes bills are marked as a form of counting them. It shouldn't affect your ability to spend them. If you're really worried about it, just go back to the bank and ask to exchange them for clean bills.

Yes, it will be marked with your finger prints. If its found to be involved in any criminal activity i.e if the notes were used to purchase stolen goods and confiscated from a criminal. The coppers could possibly track it back to you. Also, Im sure you can track individual notes back to the bank.
