Both hypokalemia and hyperkalemia may cause:

a. skeletal muscle twitch and cramps

b. oliguria

c. elevated serum pH

d. cardiac arrhythmias

    If we are talking what either of them can cause, I'd go with D because its non-specific.

    hyperkalemia alone would cause acidemia and oliguria and MAY cause skeletal muscle twitch and cramps

    hypokalemia would cause polyuria

    The only one that BOTH of them can cause would be cardiac arrythmias. Choice D
