Hi,
In general, concealer goes on trouble spots first (around eyes and nose, pimples, etc.), then follow with a matte or sheer foundation (matte if you're breaking out) and then powder. the powder sets everything, and helps keep your other make-up from sliding off your face! If I'm going out, I always bring a concealer stick, a powder compact, and a lip gloss that i can use on my lips and cheeks :) hope i helped!

This is what I do. Moisturize. Prime. Foundation. Concealer. Face Powder. Blush. Bronzer. I added a bit more but Foundation concealer and then face powder .

Most often than not I see people using foundation, concealer then powder to set it but I spot conceal before foundation to make sure I've got it blended well, then retouch if needed then finish off by applying a translucent powder. I've noticed that my concealer doesn't cake up anymore which is always a good thing.

you'll hear different ways to wear it.
either concealer or foundation (one right after the other) and then facepowder.
the facepowder sets the products, so that's always the last of the three. when i went to get my foundation color at MAC, the makeup artist taught me foundation, and then the concealer is for any unsightly blemishes that the foundation couldn't cover. and then i hear other people do the concealer first and then smooth everything over with the foundation.
so it's really either or, and then face powder is definitely last though.
hope this helps :)

I usually put on foundation, then liquid concealer, and then face powder. I like this routine, but some people like to put their concealer on first. It's just personal preference, whatever works for you.

Foundation first. Why? Because often it covers more than you think it would and to me "less is best" on your face.
Concealer second. It is thicker. If you apply it second you can actually see what still needs to be concealed and avoid the caked on look because you aren't applying it twice and you are only applying it where you need to. Stipple it with a foundation brush. To me this is the key for a flawless finish with or without powder.
Powder third. It sets the look.

1. Apply your liquid concealer over blemishes and under eye circles with a concealer brush. (Target has good quality and inexpensive brushes)
2. Apply your foundation. You can use whatever method works best for you. Your fingers, a square foundation brush, a buffer brush, cosmetic wedge, airbrush system, whatev.....
3. Apply you powder LIGHTLY. Use a big fluffy brush and light hand. Depending on what powder you use, depends on the brush you should use.

I usually put the green concealer, then light foundation then the skin colored concealer then finish with powder :)

I like to put on primer, then concealer, then foundation then powder. Everyone seems to do it in a different order, so it doesn't really matter as long as you put powder on last.

Concealer, foundation and THEN powder. Powder is ALWAYS last.
