Why can't people proofread their questions?

On this exchange? Really, a few typos are expected, but it seems over 60% of these questions are illegible and if taken literally make ZERO sense. Am I right?

Just a joke, yes I agree with you.. With the spell checker that Yahoo! offers, it should be nearly impossible but.. Yeah, that's the internet for you.. Full of 16 year olds who still don't know English.. Pretty sad :[

.Most are either too lazy or type (spelling/grammar) incorrectly on purpose because they think it's cute. You are right in that it is annoying, and it does cause me to not take people who do that very seriously.

If you're going to use a text-based medium, at least do your best to do so properly.

they are just lazy and want answers right away. they dont car about their spelling errors or how their words or worded incorrectly. all they care about is getting their answer and then not even rewarding a "best answer" to someone who deserves it.
