That is a good question. It would be very difficult to find a reliable source of such data.
I have read that some states allow "snow-birds" a restrictive ballot if they are property owners. Say,
a person is a resident of WI and owns property in WI and AZ. WI is her state of residence. In WI she votes for all issues on her local WI ballot. In AZ (if AZ is a state that allows restrictive ballots) may only vote on issues tied to her property or sales taxes.
I think this idea is a overtly complicated (if it exists) and could be riped with fraud but state with a heavy "snow-bird" population need to recognized that thier part time guess are not to be seen as giant piggy banks for everyone else to "borrow" from
