how early do you think i can get off probation in dallas?

alright, here's the deal (sorry, long story)

i live in dallas tx

in 2008 i was popped in collin county with a class b misdemeanor, theft $50>$500

i received 9 months probation

i was randomly drug tested and failed several times for marijuana (yeah, stupid i know)

got violated, served 3 days in jail and then got moved to the substance abuse case load

i was doing fine, and i would have been off if i had paid my probation fees but i didn't (again, stupid, i know)

i failed another drug test, and had to go to court for probation revocation

by some miracle my lawyer was able to get me a one year extension (starting yesterday, 2/9/10), and outpatient substance abuse treatment

lets face it, i can play the sober game for as long as i need to this time, i realize i need to grow up and stop trying to see what i can get away with, but not drinking or smoking is boring.

on the bright side, i got my case transferred from collin county to dallas county, where they are so overloaded and underfunded, unlike collin county which has the state's highest revocation rate, and i probably won't even see my new officer until april or later. i'm on mail-ins, but i am starting my treatment program tomorrow (already got enrolled today, and court was yesterday, and the judge gave me 5 months to complete it, so that should look good) and i should be done in 9 1/2 weeks. other than that, i need to do a corrective thinking class, pay $1730 in fees (which my boyfriend will help me out with, hopefully that will be paid off or close to it by the time i see my officer), and keep pissing clean. if i do all this, do you think i will be eligible for early release despite my track record? how soon do you think? what do i need to do other than what i said?

i'd REALLY like if a dallas probationer or officer could respond, but i'll take what i can get! thanks

Update:

lol one year wouldn't be getting off early, but thanks!

Update 2:

let me clarify, i am getting off feb 9, 2011, regardless (as long as i don't **** up)

One year from 2/9/10 providing you meet all the courts mandates and pay your fines, and don't test positive for drugs.
