    Joe rogan, than he'd start lecturing chuck about dmt, marijuana, and the pineal gland. but it would only start out as a fist fight as we all know BJJ can take any other discipline down, and Rogan is skilled in that area, he practices every day, while blazed

    if u are talking about now, definitely joe rogan. chuck norris is almost 70, and he would probably be able to do a couple of things cuz he still looks like he's in shape, but age is the difference here. plus, joe rogan can get him to the floor and submit him. regardless, even if it was just plan boxing, norris would still lose
