How can I get in to being paid for recipe writing - I write for free at mo and would love to get money from my passion. I experiment and improve dishes, write weekly columns and monthly articles - would love to develope recipe cookbooks ect -

Start by developing a "resume" of the skills you use for writing recipes.
Contact SMALL local papers, the freebie ones at the market, etc and ask about submission policy and compensation (usually by the word) or a set fee paid per article/recipe.
See if any local food stores are interested in an in-house recipe "guru" to help sell products and improve customer satisfaction.
