On a Mac, how can I tell how many GB I have in a single video in iMovie?
My teacher ask me that he wants to know how he can tell how many GB a single video is in a mac using imovie. He wanted to burn the video to the dvd that he made a video of but he cant because the program he use wouldnt allow him to burn cause it said it is not enough room.

If the video is still in the project stage in iMovie, you cannot get info about it as suggested above.
The way that I know is to:
1. Highlight the project in iMovie
2. Click Share > YouTube
3. Down the bottom where is says 'Size to publish', you will see a little 'i' at the end of the line.
4. If you place your cursor on that 'i' in any line, it will show you the project size at that particular frame size.
5. You don't have to go any further, just look at the sizes.
If you want a smaller file size, try exporting the video to QuickTime and select the mpeg4 codec rather than the standard/default H.264.

Right-click the file and select "Get Info" -- same as clicking "Properites" in Windows.
