New home photography?

I have a chance to photograph some new homes for a company and need some pricing advice. How much should I charge per house with each house needing 10-25 photos each?

North Texas area if that helps at all.

    How would we know. Are you going to walk through and get snapshots with your D40 or take in a crew and create a set and light each 4X5 shot to perfection? You decide, $4 per shot or $4000.
