Why Won't The Changes That I've Made On My Yahoo Messenger List Save?

I made new group lists on yahoo instant messenger and rearranged the contacts accordingly but when I signed out and signed back in later most of the changes didn't save. I've been thru this several times and its too much work to keep on like this. I'm scared to sign out now lol. What can I do to keep my contacts where I put them?

    Immediately after making and saving your changes, you must reboot your computer!

    This means turning it completely off and waiting 30 seconds before turning it back on. A large group of people mistakenly think a restart is a reboot and it's not.

    Well, sometimes on a download, a restart CAN be a reboot, but that has to be specified by the download and they build that into the system.

    But a basic reboot is as described above. Do that and you'll maintain your changes as made by you.

    have you ever tried desirable clicking on the guy's call on your Messenger checklist.? Delete must be between the ideas indoors the column that comes up . something is heritage. enable me understand if it artwork.(something, is heritage.(smile)

    changes may take some time to apply. so have patience on it. besides, yahoo messenger has always problem with no fix solution all the time.
