If you are willing to get a internet plan then i recommend the droid. If not then the enVtouch or enV3

Sure, they always charge you something. Best way to find out with no pressure is go online and pick out a phone. Go all the way through the process, just don't click the final submit button. That way you can see the total charges before you buy and you can experiment with different phones.
