Help with my keyboard needed?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the function of a certain key on a keyboard.

My "down arrow" key is broken and it seems to be a problem with the circuit rather than the mechanism, I was wondering if anyone knows if/how I could maybe "swap" it to another key that I don't use as often e.g. "PrtSc". My warrantee has run out so I'd rather not pay to have it fixed.

Update:

It is a laptop, so it is a bit inconvenient to lug a keyboard around with it.

Mate i don't think you can do that. I'm pretty sure it's only hot keys you can change, best thing to do is to buy a new one. They are relatively cheap (£5 - £10)

Are you kidding me? Basic keyboards are £10! You cannot reprogram keys that have fixed functions - just get another keyboard, it does not have to be an expensive one.
