Is there a reason that he treats you like one of the guys,is he shy or has he been burnt before from a past relationship, are you at work or school where he can't quite show his feelings because of the way sexual harassment has been preached? and he figures that best to avoid trouble, my suggestion is to try to get to know him and learn why he acts like a turtle around you
