Get a Quadratic Formula from points(on a calculator)?

I have a TI-84 Plus calculator and im trying to calculate the the formula for certain points that i have

(1,1);(2,3);(3,6);(4,10)

So far i went to STAT->Edit(plugged in my points)

then i went to STAT->CALC-> QuadReg

then plugged in QuadReg L1(into the main screen) and i got an error/ i also tried L1 QuadReg(same deal)

Am i doing this wrong??

I know the formula is (n^2+n)/2, but i want to know how to do it on the Calculator

    I don't know the TI-84, but the formula for those points is:

    y = 0.5x^2 + 0.5x
