Making/finding heavy whipping cream without guar gum and xanthan gum?

Is it possible to find/make heavy whipping cream without guar gum or xanthan gum? I looked in every store I could find but they all contain atleast one if not both.

have you tried places that carry organic foods like whole foods, trader joe's, or local organic grocery stores?

If you have your own milk cow, you can make your own heavy cream.

You can find some whipping cream that doesn't contain guar gum or xanthan gum, but they usually contain carrageenan. Walmart's store brand of heavy whipping cream contains carrageenan instead of one of the gums.

Find an organic version of whipping cream. I don't know why they put that stuff in when whipping cream works just fine without it.

The best ice cream doesn't have all of these stabilizers. But you can buy them from Bob's Red Mill, online or catalog.
