GIMP Photo Editor Question?
When I open a photo clicking the open button and go to use the Fuzzy Select tool, how do i make it so it doesn't copy the whole image but only the parts i want it to copy when I cut and paste it into the project?

it's been a while since i've used gimp, it's a little too complicated for my needs, or those of anyone i know. but, if i remember correctly, there is a select option which allows you to outline an object or area w/ your mouse or using a sort of 'smart select', it should be in the edit menu.
