i took a pregnancy test n it was negative so why havent i gotten my period?

Below is a list of reasons. This happened to me a while back but I don't see the reason listed. Was something like 2 weeks late.

Something about a certain level of progesterone or something was off and my dr gave me an RX to get my lining to shed. But, of course, $25 dr fee later, I got it the next day.

It sometimes takes more than one test to get your answer. And also how late are you?

If it's been a month maybe you should visit a doctor. Don't worry, they won't tell your parents.
