Given your other question where you mentioned your condition, it would be a health disaster for you to go on a lemon diet, or any extremely restrictive diet where you only eat one food. A healthy vegan or vegetarian diet needs a variety of food for good nutrition. Your body only loses fat so fast, and you cannot rush it or you end up losing valuable muscle-- which in turn lowers your metabolism so to speak, and makes it harder for you to keep the weight off long-term. Work on eating a healthy diet with adequate calories to support the weight you wish to be, and build the larger muscles of your body-- thighs-- to increase your metabolism even while at rest after you get some exercise. Fitness is the cure for fatness. Not extreme calorie-restricted diets.

You can't just eat lemons for two weeks. Lemons don't have the nutrition you need.
For a healthy vegan diet you need a rage of fruit, vegetables (green leafy veg), grains (oats, wholewheat, cereals, quinoa, pasta, bread..), legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas, soy products).
Crash dieting is not a good idea, your body will consume itself (it's muscle as well as fat) you put yourself at risk of a whole range of health problems. When you start eating normally again you're body will respond by piling on the pounds again.
Exercising is a much better way of getting in shape. By exercising your muscles, they will become more dense and hence smaller. But remember: you only start burning fat after 30 mins of exercise. I think the best way is to go to exercise classes, such as spinning or aerobics.

Your lemon diet plan is awful lol..
Im a vegan and eating just lemons is not very tasty. Why don't you just try to reduce calorie intake and eat some heatlhy foods like vegetables, fruits, beans, leafy vegetables like spinach or something with a little bit of exercise. Trust me ,it will make a difference. because if you go about it your way (the lemon diet)..then all you are going to get is a F'd up stomach and a F'd up metabolism.

Vegans do NOT only eat veggies and fruit! Thats just silly! They eat: Breads without eggs or honey quinoa rice chocolate--made without dairy or eggs baked vegan goods like vegan cookies, cakes, etc beans lentils nuts seeds pasta hummus etc. And that lemon diet sounds DREADFUL! Why not just eat smaller meals often throughout the day and incorporate a 45 minute workout 5-6 times a week?

Nutrition, Weight loss, diet, health, it's all so complicated. Even experts (dietitians and doctors) get the wrong message. Now, by all means I am not saying that I am right or wrong, but I have studied the aspects of whole food plant based nutrition for over 9 years and have dedicated my life to influencing others to take empowerment over their lives, be the person the want to be, feel the way they want to feel, and look the way they want to look. No gimmick, no diet, no supplement, no vitamins. Just Food. Eat food, eat often, and eat plant foods in their whole and natural state. Eat a variety of colors, eat whole grains, eat legumes (such as lentils, all kinds of beans, peanuts), nuts and seeds (preferably in their raw form....flax and walnuts are great choices, especially in smoothies). Drink non-dairy milks (almond, soy, rice); add them to cereals, oatmeal, soups, smoothies. I suggest if you truly want to lose the weight and lose it for good, then go to this site and read about the benefits of a whole foods plant based diet. The American Dietetics Association recommends a vegetarian and vegan diet for better health, which includes weight loss, reducing risks of heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. I recommend checking into these resources as everything they provide stems from peer reviewed scientific journals, NOT junk science.
Best to you.

Lemons are very healthy for you, ut eating nothing but lemons will make you very sick and you likely won't stick with it for very long. I suggest trying the raw food diet with the addition of fresh lemonade made with raw lemons, distilled water, and some natural raw sweetener like agave nectar. But definitely do the lemon thing, just in addition to all the other foods you would eat on a raw food diet. You will lose weight going raw, even if you eat the same number of calories you are eating currently. You can even eat some pretty delicious raw deserts and still lose weight.
The reason that lemons detox you so much is that they make your body more alkaline. Even though they are acidic in and of themselves, they have a very alkaline effect on your body. Your body works much more efficiently at a more alkaline pH. Do some research on the raw food diet and the alkaline diet. The raw food diet is alkaline by it's very nature, but it helps to understand the theory behind the whole alkaline thing. And if you have trouble adjusting to the raw food diet you can ease into it by slowly alkalizing your diet.
Also, cut gluten out of your diet. A lot of people find that it causes weight gain in them. I lost 40 pounds without much effort after I cut gluten out of my diet.

honey if you try this diet all your going to do is mess up your stomache fluids. not only will you lose the weight( and then gain twice the weight lost) but you will end up with weak and expose to all kinds of viruses( meaning its flu season). well anyways what i suggest is to eat 4 to 6 smaller portions a day with the least amount of trans fat as possible. also drink plenty of water. about five cups(8oz) since when you think your hungry it just means your thirtsty. if you can walk and to exersice once a day that way you can burn calories while toning your body. good luck! ;)

Vegans eat WAY more than just lemons. That comment kinda pissed me off. But anyways, moving on...
Losing weight is about calories in versus calories out. You need to eat more than 1400 calories a day to prevent your body from going into starvation mode and hanging on to every calorie you put in it. Eat more in the morning, and less throughout the day--Like a king in the morning, a queen in the afternoon, and a peasant at night. Though, ideally, you should eat 4-6 times a day.

you would be consuming an awfully lot of acid, and vitamin c.
you would likely suffer from the lack of other nutrients, even Fats are essential, though you can live without them for short periods of time, its best for our healths never to over specialize in our eating, always changing what we eat in every way shape and form.
if your looking to lose weight a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise are important.

Music enables you to eat more. According to a study by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage one to take time over your food, so you consume more food. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.
