Gymnast needs help? With her wrists?
I have been a gymnast for 9 years and finally thinking about giving it up. The reason is because my wrists the hurt on the sides and in the middle what do i do to help them so i do not have to stop doing what i love??

It depends what is casing the pain. There is a full motion X-ray that allows a doctor to see what is happening under stress. We used that with several Olympic athletes and found problems that we couldn't find otherwise.
