Blackwings are about swarming so a deck that can slow that down or pervent it all together would be best honestly; maybe run a gadget opression deck; minus the trag's if your trying to save some cash. Most of the cards for the deck are relatively cheap and the deck runs fairly well for a anti-meta theme.

an anti blackwing deck is basically an ordinary deck but u have to over load on cards like trap hole and bottomless traphole and lightning vortex and cards to destroy monsters quick because if he is allowed a few turns with monsters ur effed. also get cards to remove his from play because blackwings dont do well when their removed from play

I cant think of one off of the top of my head, but if he is using Blackwings, DEFINITELY use "Dark-Imprisoning Mirror", That will COMPLETELY KILL HIS DECK. Blackwings are Swarmers, so use something that can stop him from special summoning them from the graveyard and deck, as well as adding cards from the deck to his hand (not counting his D-Phase.)

you dont need a anti blackwing deck to beat him

if you are confident in ur deck use it

or make a new one

buy some old school booster packs or something cause i think the old school cards are the best

no reason to make a new deck, just improve yours
