Is there a free Program to Download that tracks internet activity, Instant mess. Web Sites, etc.?

I once read of a program that sends emails to whatever email is used as the tracker. For instance if somebody is using my computer at home, instant messaging, Web sites, etc. A message is sent to my email telling me copies of the instant messages, and websites being browsed. Can anybody tell me if there is a free download for this, or some inexpensive software that DOES work? Thanks in advance!!!

    There are programs like Net Nanny that let you do this, but you must be careful with how you use it, as it can breach privacy laws.
