What virus do I have?
I have had a fever of 102 for the past 3 days, my back hurts, my scalp is sensitive, and I have a bad caugh that hurts. Is this something I should go to the dr for or do I just let it run its course?

Sounds like the Flu Virus, but it can also be Pneumonia. Definitely go to the doctor, you may need antibitotics.. Fever is a a sign of infection, the back hurting can either be muscular fatigue or lung problems. Are you coughing or having a tough time breathing? does it hurt when you breathe? If so it's probably pneumonia.

Hmm I would go to the doctors for that my friend. It doesn't sound life threatening but those symptoms are not consistant with a cold or ordinary flu. Just get it checked out, if you have any marks, spots or rashes on your body or limbs then you should definitely get medical advice.

Go to the doctor... immediately.
It almost sounds like shingles.. Having a high fever for more than a few hours can do damage to your brain.
