mark is it? Can mail that has been ran through on one day be mailed lets say 3 days later or does it have to be mailed that day?

As long as it is paid for mail it when you want. As far as I know there is no expiration on metered mail.

Yes, that is correct. We had something interesting happen... we received a postage meter abuse report today. It had copies of labels that were used to pay for mail that did not have our practice s address as a return address. Is there anyway to know if this has happened before on our machine. And who files this report?? The clerk at the post office when the mail is received or someone else in the back?? Has anyone ever seen this??? Thank you, Linda.

Our post office requires that we send the mail on the date of the postage.

What were you thinking? WHY do you have a large tin of spam?? The only people I've ever known have tins of spam are the recipients of charity Christmas hampers. Have you been scamming the system? (It's rarely worth it). You could either recycle the "gift" back into this years' charity hamper collection, or, if you really feel obliged to eat it, marinate it thoroughly in some of that very fine beer you're always spilling!
