i was diagnosed with ADHD at a very young age with many of these symptoms, but not including the loss of appetite.
you may have adult-onset ADHD. go talk to your family physician or a psychiatrist. non-medication treatments are available in non-extreme cases. if you want your life to be more "livable" and easy to control, and make it easier for yourself to concentrate on important things, i suggest you go see your doctor.

you may have ADHD :/
why dont you try to relax, see your doctor
it could be some deep rooted problems you need to sort out
take a long hot bath, take a walk, do some kind of exercise

You might be bipolar. A doctor can give you better advice than most people here.
