How do i get over my fear of needles?
I went to the dentists and they said that i had to have 3 tiny cavities filled. And that means a shot. I have been afraid of shots for years, ever since i had to get four shots in a day when i was a kid. I have to go back to the dentist in about a month and a hlaf to get them filled, and i really dont wanna have to have the shot. How do i get over the fear of needles?
I mean, i thought of closing my eyes, but even the thought kinda freaks me out a little bit.

Honestly, getting a local anesthesia is completely painless. Close your eyes when they come with the needle.

sure I have a giant phobia of needles. My associate got here with me and pulled foolish faces at me at the same time she positioned the needle in. If u can calm down it makes it plenty simpler. I additionally figures that the day I deliver beginning there'll probbly be a whole lot of needles round so I would possibly as good get used to it. BTW, do not flip down an epidural centered in this worry. U REALLY may not consider a lot of it whilst u are within the throes of labour. It was once a godsend!
