What is a good in-game recorder for PC ?

I have been looking high and low and have tried so many programs, i dont even know what to say.

I will post my specs and the game I am trying to record is WolfTeam which uses GameGuard.

OS : Windows Vista Home Premimum ( 6.0, Build 6002)

Processor: AMD Athlon 7550 Dual-Core Processor (2 CPUs), ~ 2.5GHz

Memory: 8GB RAM

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9100

I am looking for a good screen recorder, preferably free, and the main concerns are that there has to be NO lag. The quality, I can deal with, but it would be better to have good quality as well. I will probably edit some stuff to make the quality better which wud be a hassle, but ill be glad with a no lag recorder that ACTUALLY WORKS. Fraps lags pretty bad, and is only 30 second. I know its pretty much asking for a million dollars, i doubt such a recorder exists, but i REALLY REALLY would like to know if any of you have sugesstions, preferably some underground crap that no1 uses because they sometimes prove to be good as well as I have tried ALOT of recorders, typically the norm, so to say.

Update:

Is there like a guide to using XFire ? It never works for me, the hotkey doesn't work for some reason ...

Xfire is a ingame msn kind of thing, it allows you to screenshot, record videos, use web browser ingame, chat to friends in game without alt tabbing, it does many things, and the quality if you change it in the options are really good, i record all the time works like a charm.
