help with my homemade burgers?

i am cooking minted lamb burgers for my family and was just wondering if i need to do anything once i have made them (obviously i know how cook them)

    Once you form the patties you'll want to season them with salt and pepper; otherwise, it sounds like you're good to go since you know how to cook them. Enjoy!

    Lamb meat makes a great burger. Just add some salt and pepper and top them as suggested with for the Acropolis Burger. I made that a few months ago using lamb and it was awesome. Here is the link.

    Mix a little breadcrumb in along with some onions. But i would go for making beefburgers as not everyone likes the taste of lamb and mint.

    Minted lamb burgers are not very nice ive had them before so dont be upset if people dont like them

    Cool them in the fridge. I often find they can crumble around the edges if cooked straight from room temperature.

    Top them with some sliced tomatoes & mint/yogurt/dill sauce (Tzatziki). Serve them in toasted buns.

    you could make a fresh sweet fig relish by mincing onion,fig,sweet pickles, garlic and caramelizing them with a little olive oil and brown sugar. salt and pepper to taste
