When I log into my computer this "found new hardware" thing comes up?

I have Windows XP and everytime I log on to my account this "Found New Hardware" thing pops up. How do I get it to stop doing that?

Install the drivers for whatever it is trying to install.

When you get this message, click "Yes, this time only" and on the next screen it will show you what it's trying to install. It might say "Canon printer" or "Simple PCI communications device" or something like that. Then get on google and type in the model of your computer, and the name of the device and the word "drivers" like

hp dv6 "simple pci communications device" driver

Then find the download link for it and install it.

Sometimes it does this when the device fails. Like if your modem dies, sometimes it will keep trying to install modem drivers, and it will only go away if you get a new modem, or go into the device manager and find the device (usually has a yellow mark next to it at this point) and right-click to disable it.
