Have you heard of the new "Tebow Rule" proposed by the NCAA?
it states the players can not have any writing/messages on their eye black for example Tebow's John 3:16 that he wore under his eyes. Regardless of the message under a players eyes, this is crazy. There are other things they could improve on...what a waste of time.

Well the NCAA really doesn't want a lawsuit on their hands.
Reasons why it is smart
1. Keeps guys from writing curse words on them
2. Keeps players from accepting money for advertising on them
3. Not everyone that watches football is christian so john 3:16 could be offensives to some people
All of these can make the NCAA pay out tons of cash to the one person that besides to lawyer up

As stated above by so many the NCAA doesnt want a issue made out what is written. Like Terrell Pryor writing Mike VIck under his eyes and people went crazy over it. As for Tebow well he plays football and if thats his job he needs to play footbal not preach to people. Do you want the guy at McDonalds to preach to you while you order or hamburger or do you want him to shut up and give you your food? Religion needs to stay out of sports. If he wants to preach let him be a preacher

If I were a player, I would say all sorts of crazy stuff. Example:
Right Eye: I Did
Left Eye: Your Mom
Maybe this is why the NCAA is thinking of banning it. They are afraid of players that think like me. ;)

Tebow's should have said "Shotgun Snaps Only" on the left, and "Molasses Delivery" on the right.
Seriously, it would be good to get any advertising/taunting threats with "body art" cleared up quick.

Its a good rule because Tebows messege was about Christianity,Hindus could be affended by it.
Really any messege about anything could be offensive to somebody,Like that one guy said,If you put KKK on your face,Someones getting sued.

It is not proposed. It is a new rule. I hope you aren't losing sleep over it.
What ARE some of those things they could have improved on? You should have told us.
