Ok, I've played for 5 years, and your tongueing is coming a long. it took me about a year and a half to ace tongueing with having to think about it. So ur on ur way, don't worry. Just don't tongue to hard, unless neccesary other wise you could damage ur reed

You have a fine start. It's hard to know exactly what you're doing without seeing your setup, so I'll say that you want to make sure that the tip of your tongue is on the tip of the reed. Remember that the important part of tonguing is when your tongue leaves the reed--that's when the note actually starts.

What could use some work is your airstream. It sounds to me like you are trying to start and stop the air with each note, which is common in beginners. When you're playing tongued notes that aren't separated, like a scale, you want to have a consistent airstream that is only interrupted by your tongue. Your air should feel like you are playing a whole note, even if you are tonguing eighth notes.
